Christ, reign over us!
Currently we are dealing with an increasing number of non-sacramental or informal partnerships ; more and more children are born outside of marriage. Some circles strive to make such unions legally equal to marriages. In the Catholic Church, too, we have recently observed a strong tendency to blur the awareness of the sinfulness of such partnerships.
Very rarely and very little is said about the spiritual threat to children born outside of sacramental marriage. There is practically no awareness that one is spiritually illegitimate through conception, and not only through birth outside of marriage. However, there are voices reminding about this, e.g. Fr. Kosma Budziński, a Franciscan missionary who practices various types of prayers for healing the soul, wrote a few years ago: mother [and father - added by me]; likewise conceived in rape or unwanted or rejected by their parents. "
Conception outside of marriage is therefore a serious problem for the child's soul that requires a healing process by God's grace. That is why the "clever" solution used by so many couples of getting married when a child has already been conceived makes it wedded according to the old canon law in force for centuries (one could also make a child "righteous" even after birth, but he was not allowed to ordain priesthoods, nor to accept him into a law, except on a dispensation), but this does not remove the seal of the law of his conception, which hurts his soul.
Wounds of the soul are not sins, they are not guilty, as superficial critics of prayers for healing the soul try to persuade people, but they are wounds resulting from the sins of our own and other people who have hurt us. Such wounds are painful, make life difficult and weaken personality.
The Lord Jesus took our diseases upon Himself, He bore our pains, and in His wounds is our health (see Is 53: 4-5). He redeemed us from the curse of the Law so that we might live in the freedom of God's children (see Rom 8: 1-4; Gal 4: 4-5). In Him, we are reconciled to God the Father and chosen by Him before the foundation of the world, so that we may be holy and blameless before Him (cf. Eph 1: 4). Through Him we receive our inheritance from the Father, for we are heirs of God and joint heirs of Jesus Christ (see Rom 8:17), being His brothers and sisters. This is our true identity, regardless of the circumstances of conception, as long as we are in communion with the Holy Trinity.
In Christ, therefore, we do not have to burden us with the curses of the law, which can work in an unconverted man:
the son of an illegitimate person will not enter the assembly of the Lord, even in the tenth generation he will not enter the assembly of the Lord (Dt 23: 3); And the multiplied multitude of the wicked will not profit, they will not sprout from adulterous ones; they will not root deeply, nor lay a reliable foundation. Even if it uncoils its branches for a long time, the wind will shake them, because they are not firmly fixed, and the wind will tear them out. Undeveloped branches will break, and their fruit will be useless, unripe for food and useless. For children born of unlawful life, when judging their parents, testify to their perversity (Wis 4: 3-6);Children of adulterers will not take root, these branches will be deprived of fruit ... The descendants of the wicked will not sprout branches, for their unclean roots are on a rocky rock (Sir 23:25; 40:15) .

Therefore, no one has to bear the wounds of the unrighteous conception either. If he is a Christian, united by sanctifying grace to God in his spirit, he can also receive from him the healing of the soul, which is a process. Specific prayers for this grace are very helpful in it. These are not strictly defined rituals, operating unconditionally automatically, but general ways of talking to God in order to receive from Him the grace of healing and a fuller life, as well as confessions that allow you to change your way of thinking and feeling, as well as bad beliefs about yourself rooted in your heart.
The more children conceived outside of marriage in society and in other ungodly circumstances (also within a sacramental marriage), such as coercion, contraception, unplanned and rejection of a child, sinful life, or only physical life resulting from lust, etc., the more more we see problems typical of this wounded soul, such as: a sense of rejection, uprooting, no feeling of having a paternal house, no national heritage, a feeling of inner emptiness, own nothingness, unnecessary, some deep frustration, various forms of self-rejection.
Of course, not every person conceived under the above-mentioned adverse circumstances, which includes a broad understanding of unlawful conception, experiences such problems, and not everyone who feels them experiences them because of it. Wounds affect people differently, and they react differently to them. Such a seal does not deprive the child of the possibility of living in grace.
The great seventeenth-century saint from South America, brother Martin of Love de Porres, a Dominican, was a mulatto of illegitimate origin. He was characterized by extraordinary humility and love for people and kindness to animals, he had the gift of prophesying and healing, he performed extraordinary and peculiar miracles, such as resurrecting a dog killed by a fellow brother, and he also resurrected another brother.

God's miraculous grace can accomplish anything, but one should open up to it and cooperate with it. One of the most important ways of working with grace is, of course, through prayer. The following text "Prayers for healing from the wrong conception" is intended for personal recitation and is a general scheme of such a prayer, which the needy can adapt to their needs and use it repeatedly, in whole or in part.
We must believe that God always hears our prayers, which are in accordance with His will (see Jn 14: 13-14; 15: 7.16), and this is the case here, because He sent His Son, born of a woman. to redeem us from the slavery of the law, that we may receive adoption as sons and daughters like usteaches Galatians 4: 1-7. This has already happened in us when we received the Word, receiving the power to become God's children (cf. John 1:12), but being minors, or immature in faith, we do not fully experience the gifts of this childhood. It is good to consider this word first and refer to yourself:

"And I will tell you this again: As long as an heir is a minor, he is no different from a slave, although he is the owner of everything. Until the time determined by his father he is subject to guardians and stewards. But when the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son, born of Mary , born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law so that we might receive adoption as sons. As proof that you are sons, God has sent the Spirit into our hearts. His son who cries out: Abba, Father! So you are no longer a slave, but a son. And if a son, then an heir by the will of God. "
In this Spirit, every person who is aware of any bad circumstances of his conception can, in a personal prayer, entrust to God the Father, whom he is already a child by grace and faith, with all these problems. After having said the prayer given, it is good to continue to be silent before God, listening to Him in your heart to experience further healing and comfort.

Prayer for healing from unlawful conception
Father infinitely good, I am Your child and heir, I was chosen, expected and created by You. Thank You for being my Father.
However, I am aware that my physical conception was inconsistent with Your law in spouses. That is why today I confess the sin of my father and my mother and I choose to forgive them now. I will not condemn them for this sin anymore. I set them free from judgment for this sin and from judgment for its consequences in my life.
Please, Lord, forgive me for every way I succumbed to the effects of this sin, the burdens it brought into my life and the curses that result from it. I accept your forgiveness.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I take control of the curse of unlawful conception. I renounce sin, adultery, and curses of illegitimacy. I break their power and take back all the destiny that comes with them. I set myself free from my enemy's destiny, and I choose the will and goals God has set for my life. Through Jesus' work of redemption on the cross, I break this power over my life [and the lives of my descendants].
Thanks to the power I possess as a child of God, I command Satan to give back to me seven times what was stolen by him because of this sin and its consequences in my life, and because of the curses that result from this sin.
I am redeemed from the curse of the law. I do not have to bear or tolerate the curses of the Law because I am in Jesus and firmly established in His righteousness. I will not allow any curse of the Law to come upon me and take over my life. I am redeemed by the Precious Blood of Christ! None of these curses will come against me. I am in Jesus Christ and He has set me free.
From today I will believe that:
- Coming through my mother, I came into the world from God who made me.
- As the Holy Spirit hovered over the waters in the creation of the world, so he hovered over me at conception. God called me into existence. I am not a mistake, an accident, or a problem.
- God's hand chose me to be here.
- God can and will make His plans for my life come true.
- God broke the yoke of pressure on my neck and removed the shackles from my arms and legs. I am no longer a slave to the enemy. Now I am a newborn child of God and I will serve him by choice and in freedom.
- I have a destiny that begins with God's plan before the foundation of the world.
- God has a purpose and plans for my life, and these are plans for peace, not for misfortune, He wants to give me a future and give me hope. He chose the best things for my life and gives them to me with the greatest joy. He wants me to live abundantly.
- God brought me out of the place of evil, gave me a new heart and renewed my spirit so that I could do His will.
- I am his heir and householder.
- God loved me with everlasting love and drew me to Him with loving kindness. He loves me so much that he has set a plan and purpose for my life - prosperity and eternal happiness. He has prepared a future for me and he wants to inspire me with hope. He will bring to me those who will love me and will be part of the accomplishment of this goal.
- God commanded the promises to be fulfilled for me and made them in my life. His covenant with me is confirmed, established, secured, proven and tested! It is mine forever!
- My "end" will be better than the beginning.
Lord Jesus, I am asking you that through the power of the Holy Spirit, remove from me all ingrained shame, insecurity and fear resulting from not belonging, feeling that I have no right to be here, feeling homeless, nothing, emptiness and because of the loss of my identity. I accept God's freedom from wounding the unlawful conception and from all its consequences.
God my Father, I accept Your Love and my new, eternal identity of origin from You. I confess that I am your child: heir of God and joint heir with Christ; righteous inhabitant of Your Home and part of God's Family.
Amen.
